Painful Joints and Those Few Extra PoundsThis is a featured page

I feel like I am constantly working to get the 20 pounds off my body that I have picked up in the last decade. I know we are all aware of the health issues that come with being overweight, but have you considered how those pounds affect your joints? I have definitely noticed that my extra weight has caused painful joints. I was just strolling along though my day-to-day routines and not really paying attention when a new problem caught me off guard. I was beginning a running program and some serious knee problems began to surface. I started taking Celadrin and working on a proper stride and have noticed a big difference. I think my knees may feel better than they have in a long time thanks to Celadrin!
