Yoga and Celadrin Are Excellent Joint TherapyThis is a featured page

Just on a whim I went to a yoga class and have been hooked ever since. The instructor is completely amazing and so knowledgeable. I struggle with arthritis and joint pain and have had it for years. I friend mentioned this yoga class and I decided to try it, even though movement is not easy for me. Not long into my new addiction I decided to try a supplement for joint inflammation: Celadrin. With these two new additions of joint therapy in my corner I am getting around better than I ever thought I could. My muscles are stronger and my joints have more flexibility. Luckily the yoga instructor has shown me how to modify everything so that it works with my arthritis and not against it. I recommend both the Celadrin and the yoga!!
